District of North Vancouver Council

The District of North Vancouver council considers most transportation projects not at council meetings, but at council workshops and committee of the whole meetings. Council workshops and committee of the whole meetings do not have recorded votes, but videos exist of the presentations by staff and the council's questions and comments. Some street designs were discussed in closed council meetings (e.g. new Keith Bridge, Keith Extension, Mountain Highway at Seylynn) and no public record exists.
