1) Latest HUB letters sent out to Tri Cities and MOTI- Discussion

Coquitlam letter - Leon and Jack, with committee input Port Moody letter - Leon and Andrew, with committee input Traboulay PoCo trail letter to MOTI and Ann Pynenburg - Jack has sent it off and received positive responses from Ann P and Meloni from Poco, and Michael from MOTI. Strategic planning letter for Ken Krueger

2) Fortis Gas Pipeline along Como Lake to North Rd- Should there be more bike improvements? We know that the small section by Mundy Park is getting improved. Is that it? Action item: Jack to contact Ken Krueger regarding this issue.

3) New Port Moody Bike Lane by Inlet Station

There is now a small 1 meter separated lane for riders to get across the bridge in front of Inlet Station. It looks nice for what it is!

4) Coquitlam has invited us to display on Canada Day -Any volunteers? Action item: Jack to email our list

5) HUB Annual Awards Ceremony to be held Thursday, Feb 22nd VPL downstairs 6-8 PM Awards to be given to municipalities. Good opportunity to connect with other committees.

6) Tri Cities Hub presentation to HUB board last month

Jack made a presentation to "HUB Mothership". Jack requested that a list of MOTI people be compiled. This is on the wiki's resource page, and Jack used it for his recent Mary Hill Bypass letter.

7) Any other updates PoCo visit still needed for this year. Action item: Jack to work on it

Simon: Noticed a bad pedestrian situation at Dewdney Trunk and Mariner, emailed the city Street view
