Every month NS-VACC does a group ride to familiarize members with various issues. Check out the Group Rides page for details.
Wheel to Heel
The Wheel to Heal ride is a benefit ride for the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundations in the tri-cities on May 16th. They have three rides in which you can participate: a 10km, 40km and 80km.
