- Miro board overview for those who haven't yet seen it
- Planning what to discuss in the upcoming Nov 6 meeting with the City of Burnaby Transportation department. Discussing the status of letters, some of which will be part of that meeting.
- Blake gave an overview of what being a co-chair entails, because we'll (re)elect co-chairs in the spring.
- Budget overview.
- End of year party planning: based on the survey, Nov 14th looks like a good date. Maybe in Lougheed town centre.
