I am an avid cyclist, I competed in triathalons in the 80's. My new girlfriend still races.

I ride a funky old Giant Iguana

West Vancouver is currently supporting extension of The Spirit Trail so I feel we are already spending significant tax dollars on cycling.

We've become quite mecca for weekend packs and I know the Ambleside cafes appreciate the business. I look forward to growing that symbiotic relationship.

I believe there an adequate bike safety programs for children, but I've always felt more could be done to educate drivers, road rage is a scary thing.

Please feel free to spread my answers around. I am a retired builder working as a scenic carpenter in the film industry. I have no ties to developers or wealthy business owners, so word of mouth is my best election tool.
