Some of the issues on this page are location specific and could be moved to the Hot Spot page (e.g. Highway 1 overpass, new Capilano River bridge). (Antje Wahl)

How about renaming the page Projects instead of Issues? They are mostly NS-VACC projects, and it also sounds a bit more positive & specific than issues (Antje Wahl)
