- West Vancouver Hwy 1 north side assessment ride (Capilano River to Taylor Way) (Antje, Ben)
- Darlene, Ben and Antje rode the route both ways and noted needed improvements
- Antje to finalize letter and send to West Van and Ministry
- Video to highlight regional bike network gaps (Antje)
- Need volunteers for #ungapthemap video at Main/2nd Narrows and Marine Drive/Lions Gate bridge

- Ironworkers Memorial Bridge sidewalk widening update
- Signs updated to January 15, 2015 east sidewalk completion, but Ministry has not confirmed new completion date

- HUB HQ is meeting with Ministry staff in early Dec to discuss better cooperation/input oppts
- New Mountain Highway interchange and other interchange work coming up for north of Ironworkers, many opportunities for bike route improvements

- No update - Brian sent email to project manager a while ago asking about bike lanes plans outside bridge
- Bike to Work Week recap (Dianne, all)
- Station at Different Bikes on Main St
- Good support from Different Bikes, Montroyal Bagels, Starbucks
- Discussed location as not that many people stopped by, but weather was very rainy
- Antje counted cyclists at nearby Ironworkers on ramp, about 50 per hour in heavy rain, most men
- HUB's Adopt-a-Street/Trail update (Dianne)
- Spirit Trail adoption going well, Dianne has volunteers to January 2015
- Looking for volunteers for Feb, March
- District put up HUB Adopt sign on East Keith Road at Brooksbank
- North Shore emergency exercise & volunteers (Fiona)
- NSEMO considers including bikes in emergency response, but no definite plans
- Looking for volunteers for either NSEMO or RCMP program
- Fiona will follow up with people who are interested
