Lougheed Highway between Coast Meridian Overpass (Port Coquitlam) and and Johnson (Coquitlam.

Problem:

There is glaring lack of east west routes in Port Coquitlam. A wide shoulder exists from Pitt River Bridege to Coast Meridian. A wide shoulder exists from Johnson to the Port Moody border.

Solution

A shoulder needs to be added from CMO to Johnson.
