- Potential Bike Lane parallel to Capilano Road (McGuire Avenue)
- Presentation by a group led by Kelsey Pfeiffer, Pottinger Bird Community Relations, concerning
- The project started in 2014 and invlves the properties of Comfort inn and Best Western on the east side Capilano Road just north of Marine Drive,
- Ther have been workshops, an open house April 2015 and work with the DNV another public meeting two weeks ago.

Daniel – reduce parking spaces per rsidentiakl unit – at least one secure bike parking – cliaa 1 lokced room – bike racks outside – share space in bike room – no DNV bike by law for bike stroage – DNV parking – iproved trnait - .75 parking for rental units.
When can we talk again – next sterp – next mileston is public hearing – we would like to see the next iteration of the plans
