Report of the Co-Chair (Andrew)
- Noted work on St. John's St MUP is continuing. Scope includes raised crossings, bollards, high-quality lighting and seating. More advanced & premium infrastructure than existing Murry St MUP.
- At last meeting, Port Moody's Transportation Committee focused on accessibility of the city.
- Action item: Andrew to contact Port Moody regarding future plans
Report of the Co-Chair (Colin)
- Noted there may be opportunity for collaboration between Metro Vancouver and HUB along Coquitlam Watermain #4
- Action item: Colin to contact Navdeep regarding Metro Vancouver contact
Report of the Infrastructure Lead (Vince)
- Vince met with some key stakeholders to discuss opportunities to further bolster bike projects, as well as potential for a delegation to Council
- Action item: HUB to prepare delegation to Coquitlam council
- Action item: Andrew to ask Port Moody Elementary PAC to write letter thanking Port Moody for St. John's MUP
Report of the Trails & Greenways Representative (Leon)
- Noted Fraser Mills development is proposing a linear greenway on the Fraser River parallel to United. However, this is slated for 2033.
- Action Item: Colin to send out link to survey to membership requesting public provide input that greenway timing be advanced ASAP

- Colin unanimously re-elected as Co-Chair
- Andrew unanimously re-elected as Co-Chair
- Vince unanimously re-elected as Infrastructure Lead
- Leon unanimously re-elected as Trails & Greenways Representative
New Items
Budget
- Noted $600 can be used for first aid course.
- Action: Colin to confirm with Cathy to confirm course eligibility
Committee Assessment Ride
- Noted committee intends to pursue this. Several members will become certified ride leaders at next month's HUB event.
Nelson St Greenway
- Noted Nelson St Greenway project has launched, pledging protected bike lanes between Mackin Park and Blue Mountain Park
- Action item: Colin to post to Facebook pages & ask Cathy to send to membership.
