Thu 26 Oct 2023 at 7pm - an additional, semi-official meeting via Discord voice/video chat

Attendees: Blake, Wendy, Arseni, Sebastian

  1. Miro board overview for those who haven't yet seen it
  2. Planning what to discuss in the upcoming Nov 6 meeting with the City of Burnaby Transportation department. Discussing the status of letters, some of which will be part of that meeting.
  3. Blake gave an overview of what being a co-chair entails, because we'll (re)elect co-chairs in the spring.
  4. Budget overview.
  5. End of year party planning: based on the survey, Nov 14th looks like a good date. Maybe in Lougheed town centre.
