TriCities HUB Committee Meeting Agenda

Date/time: Oct 6, 2015, 7:00-8:50PM.

Location: Coquitlam Public Library, 1169 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam

Agenda: (preliminary)

1. Results of site visit with MOTI staff on Thursday Oct 1 re HUB deficiency list memo and other topics.

2. Potential PMH1 site visit by MLA Jordan Sturdy

3. Review letter of support for Barnet Highway, Coquitlam, cycling upgrade application.

4. Bike-to-work stations coming up:

-Ioco and Murray on Mon Oct 26th afternoon in Port Moody.

-Landsdowne and Guilford on Wed Oct 28th 6:30am-9am in Coquitlam

Finalize local committee volunteers. These events are run by HUB main office but they could use some help.

5. Take stock of recent local events (Canada Day, Rivers and Trails, Burrard Festival...). We need to get more committee involvement in order to address local demand.
