  4. Presentation from PCI Developments and Pottinger-Bird regarding 2933, 2001, 3005 Murray Street (Port Moody)
    1. 12 Storey building with a new pedestrian overpass coming directly from the site into Moody Centre Station, over #Murray Street to the protected bike lane on the north side
      1. Pedestrian overpass will come as a result of PHASED benefits package relating to Port Moody TOD – not immediate
    2. 16,000 square feet of greenspace including daylighting of Slaughterhouse Creek
    3. 207 units and 328 bike parking stalls, with 149 car parking spots (141 of them EV)
      1. 20% of bike parking spaces will be for ebikes and at least one will be for cargo bikes
      2. Car share opportunities will be explored for the site
    4. Big residential courtyard on level 3 above commercial podium
    5. Significant reduction in CO2 emissions over the project lifecycle due to mass timber construction
  1. Evaluation of routes around Metro Vancouver coming soon
    1. Seeking input from Tri-Cities committee, will be passed on to committee via Vince

    1. New Community Organizer at HUB Central mean to support local committees with their commitments/etc
    2. Taking over some stuff from Evan and building backend capacity for HUB

    4. Booth days: 29th and 30th, Coquitlam Centre and Poirier, 3#6 PM
    5. Dragana will be collecting feedback via QR code as HUB won’t be doing it
