Approval of previous minutes
  • HUB Bike Route Review went well a couple of new streets like Kitchner were recommended for informal routes.
  • Decathlon event went well. Perhaps some more engagement in the committee. Decathlon will likely want to do more events with HUB.


NRTOR – letter from HUB coming soon. Will have a push to reach out to council and stakeholders. Will wait for further action from HUB.
Additions:
  • GBBW Team - Created by Arseni
  • Groups.io – we may want to add this to our business card. Would like to increase engagement on groups.io. Collect email addresses at :* Hat Off Day and send out invites.
    • Hats Off Day – Need to order more business cards. Maybe have two: one for discord and groups.io. Arseni will check with Cathy about this, as well as more volunteer coverage.
Movie screening – HUB screening at the Rio. Free tickets for volunteers!
MOTI – we don’t think we need to attend, but a list projects would be good.
Burnaby 2050 Surveys - missed dates but still try to give feedback.
  • Many Surveys, but there is one for cycling and micro mobility.
  • Land Use and Urban Design.
  • Promote the link.
  • Burnaby Mountain Trail Survey – Promote

Future Consultation Feedback - HUB can help with more for difficult to plan route feedback. Example Duthie and Union.
