If you have internet access you can enter meeting minutes directly into this page and once the meeting is over everyone will be able to immediately access the minutes. You can edit them later. Once they are determined to be complete you can 'protect' the page from deletion or further editing by clicking on the menu arrow beside 'Create' in the top right of the page, select 'Protect'.
