Joint Bicycle Advisory Committee (JBAC) is comprised of members from the City and District of North Vancouver. Its purpose is to ensure that the North Vancouver Bicycle Master Plan is implemented and updated in an expeditious manner, and to provide a forum for ongoing public involvement.

JBAC members are appointed for two year terms and can serve for a maximum of four consecutive years. The committee meets at 6:30pm the first Wednesday of every other month (starting with January) in Conference Room A, City of North Vancouver Hall, 141 West 14th Street.

DNV advised that it has decided to pull out of JBAC as of early 2011 leaving CNV to continue with the only dedicated BAC on the North Shore. DNV intends to continue obtaining cycling input with participation on the TPAC.
