The MUP on St. John's Street between Albert Street and Moody has hit substantial completion (ready for use, with a few final items pending, such as paint).
The MUP on Moody Street between St. John's and the Moody Overpass is in progress.
The section between Kyle and Grant on St. John's is a protected bike lane and a sidewalk, rather than combined MUP, due to additional right-of-way available
Port Moody has installed raised crossings at Queen, Mary, and Kyle St intersections to slow cars.
Two new developments up Clarke Road on the south side will have MUPs on their frontage along St. John's to allow connections.

Port Moody has funding for the Guildford Greenway and construction may start as early as 2025, pending a successful council vote.
Port Moody is planning a unidirectional protected lane between the Coquitlam border and Ungless to ensure ease of integration with Coquitlam. To do this, the City would eliminate the MUP on the north side adjacent to Eagle Ridge Hospital, remove the right-turn channel at Ungless, and remove slip lanes to build a protected intersection.
West of Ungless along Guildford to Ioco, the City would build bidirectional protected bike lanes on the north side with a protected intersection at Balmoral.
The City is planning a complete removal of all slip lanes at Ioco/Guildford to ensure compliance with speed limits and safety for drivers and pedestrians.
Further surveying, traffic modelling, and traffic signal reviews required.

The City is planning to pilot a transition from parked vehicles to a bidirectional protected bike lane on Murray Street between roughly the City of Port Moody works yard in the east, and the separation point between the bike lanes and sidewalk in the west to address MUP crowding
Port Moody intends to transition cyclists to the PBL while uneasy cyclists, and pedestrians, could continue to use the MUP
Further discussions required to determine transition points, discuss with CP rail, determine bus stop accessibility.
Further surveying, traffic modelling, and traffic signal reviews required.

Port Moody will repave the westbound side of Barnet Highway between Clarke and the Burnaby border this year, and in doing so, will repaint narrower vehicle lanes to add a painted buffer to the bike lane
This will occur in advance of a future project to add curbs or other raised separation between vehicles and people biking
Eastbound work will take place at a later date to execute a roughly similar scope.

Port Moody does not believe there is a suitable location within the city for a pedestrian scramble
Port Moody reviewed the bollards on the protected bike lane on Murray Street at Electronic Avenue and will review for ways to increase cyclist safety.
Port Moody noted paving on the Shoreline Trail has been delayed due to inclement weather. Expecting to finish by the end of April, subject to cooperative weather.

Noted Port Moody is implementing a plan for Dewdney/Barnet/Ioco that is unlikely to address cycling safety concerns due to prioritization of vehicle travel.

Congratulations to Collen and the City of Coquitlam for their awards from HUB Cycling! Colleen won Volunteer of the Year, and Coquitlam won an Infrastructure Improvement Award for Guildford, Phase 1.
Noted Nelson St. open house was very positive.

Currently planning to review Strava map data to review additional opportunities to add secondary/unofficial bike routes to the HUB Cycling regional map as part of the annual map update.

Colin has received First Aid certification and Vince has scheduled his. Both will undergo ride leader certification April 6 to ensure the committee has two potential ride leaders.
Social ride tentatively planned for June 9 - need to determine additional details (were unable to due to time constraint)
